1. How can I check the last contribution paid for a member? You can do this by logging in to the Employer secure site. Simply review the last batch submitted to Vision Super online. Alternatively, contact our Member Services team on (03) 9911 3222 (regional callers 1300 300 820).
2. Once I've made a payment, how long does it take to process? Members can expect to see contributions paid on their behalf in their super account within 3 days of us receiving a payment in the Vision Super bank account (on average). Incorrect paperwork or errors in online batch files can cause delays.
3. What do I need to know if an employee wants to Salary Sacrifice? Salary Sacrifice is an arrangement between an employee and an employer. An employee transfers part of their BEFORE tax salary into super to gain tax benefits.
