How do I find out how much super I have now?
You can view your current super account balance by logging in to the secure Members section of the website. You will need a password to do this. Alternatively, call Member Services to have a password sent to you.
 
How do I get a password to access the secure section of the Vision Super website?
Download and complete the Member Web Access Form 50 . You'll need to get your signature certified for security purposes. Alternatively, call Member Services if you would prefer to have this form posted to you.
 
How do I change my beneficiary?
If you are not a Defined Benefit member, you will need to advise the Trustee of your preferred beneficiary in the event of your death. Your nomination is not binding and the Trustee has discretion to determine in what proportions (if any) your benefit is paid.
 
Download and send us your completed Preferred Beneficiary Form 8 to update your beneficiaries. Alternatively, call Member Services if you would prefer to have this form posted to you.
