You will need to inform us that your new employee's employer details have changed. Use Registration Form 1 for Super Saver members and Transfer Form 30a for Defined Benefit members. You can also register Super Saver members online by logging in to the employer secure section of the website. |

2. How do I sign up a new employee as a Vision Super member?
You can sign up your new employee online by logging in to the employer secure section of the website. Alternatively, complete Registration Form 1 with the employee's details and send the form to us. |
3. How do I keep an employee's details up to date?
You can update your employee's details by completing the relevant form in Employer Forms. Alternatively, you can also make updates online by logging in to the employer secure section of the website.
It is important to keep us informed of any changes to a member's name, address, employment status (e.g. casual or full-time) and salary, especially if they are defined benefit members. |

4. What do I do if an employee leaves?
Notify us to ensure their benefits are processed smoothly. Complete employee termination Form 19 if your employee is a Super Saver member, or Form 24 if they are a Defined Benefit member.
