Vision Super delegates authority to our international managers the authority to vote the holding in our portfolios. We are constantly looking for ways to take a more activist approach to this part of the portfolio.  We intend to complete an annual review of the voting activities of our international managers and vote where there are significant issues raised by the industry or our managers on our own behalf.

Domestic equity proxy voting is only in relation to our managed portfolios/separate accounts and not reflective of Pooled Funds / Trusts like Ibbotson HAT or Warakirri Small Cap Manager. Fund managers do this as part of Trust arrangements. Vision Super subscribes to the ACSI Voting Advisory Service for all meetings conducted by all S&P/ASX 200 companies between 1 January 2009 and 31 December 2009 of holdings for Vision Super’s Domestic Discrete Managed Portfolios.
