Rob Spence was appointed Chairman of Vision Super from 1 July 2011, on the nomination of the Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV). He has been a Trustee Director of Vision Super since 2003. Rob is Chief Executive Officer of the MAV and a former CEO of the City of Brimbank. Rob's Alternate Director is Alison Lyon. |

Brian Parkinson was appointed as Trustee Director of Vision Super and Deputy Chairman in 2011, on the nomination of the Australian Services Union (ASU). He was an Alternate Director from 1997 - 2010. Brian is Branch Secretary of ASU – Victorian Authorities & Services Branch and has been involved with local government and the union since 1973. Brian's Alternate Director is Lisa Darmanin. |

Michael Tilley has been a Trustee Director since 1998, on the nomination of the Victorian Water Industry Association (VWIA). Michael served as Chairman of the Vision Super Board from 2005 - 2008. He is Chairman of Terrain Capital, and has been involved with the water industry since 1998. Michael's Alternate Director is Steve Bird. |

Angela Emslie has been a Trustee Director of Vision Super since 1998 on the nomination of the Victorian Employers' Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VECCI). She is a professional trustee and a management consultant. Angela's Alternate Director is Leigh Harder. |

Geoff Lake was appointed to the Vision Super Board in August 2009, on the nomination of the Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV). He has been a Councillor with the City of Monash since March 2000, and was Mayor from 2002 - 2004. He was President of the MAV from 2004-2006. Geoff's Alternate Director is Alison Lyon.
