Our friendly Member Services team are based in our Melbourne office (not an outsourced call centre) and are here to help you understand your Vision Super account. They can provide you with general information about our services and products, and help you understand your benefits, entitlements, insurance options and investment choices.
If you need more personal advice or detailed information, they can refer you onto one of our financial planners.
