Keeping your super cyber safe

For most people, super will grow into one of their largest financial assets, so it’s important to keep it secure

Vision Super has advanced cyber security systems in place to protect your account(s), including multi-factor authentication (MFA) which is required each time you log in.

Using additional verification methods to verify your identity helps us protect your account(s) – and your personal information – against unauthorised access.

Rest assured, we also actively monitor accounts for suspicious activity, investigating quickly and thoroughly if we have concerns.

Important!

If you think your Vision Super account may have been compromised, contact our Member Services team immediately on 1300 300 820.

How you can help

Use strong passwords

Protect your password—protect your future

A weak password is like leaving your front door open for scammers. Always use a strong, unique password or, even better, a passphrase like MyD0g$t1nk$, for your online accounts and never share it with anyone else. Another alternative is to use a password manager that will create highly complex passwords and remember them for you. It is important to use unique passwords for each of your accounts. Enabling Multifactor Authentication where available will provide an extra layer of additional security. You can find out more about creating secure passwords at cyber.gov.au

Be discreet—scammers only need one small detail to cause major damage
