The new website, visionsuper.com.au will make it easier and faster for you to find what you need. It’s just another way we’re enhancing the service and security we provide you with.
The new and improved website will replaces both the Vision Super and Active Super websites, creating a single online destination for all our members under the Vision Super brand. At the same time, we’re also moving to a single Vision Super app.
General Manager Strategy and Growth, Sean Ellis, explains that as well as saving time and money, moving to a single Vision Super website and app, also helps to deliver consistent service for our members.
“Some members have told us that they are still unsure about whether they belong to Vision Super or Active Super,” says Sean. “Whether you were with Active Super or Vision Super before the merger, we’re now one fund with one Trustee, so it makes sense for all members to be logging into their secure online account via visionsuper.com.au or the Vision Super app,” he says.
Sean says you’ll start to see one brand across other materials you see from the Fund. For example, all product disclosure statements will soon feature Vision Super branding, and we’re also working on our forms.
