Vivo

Whether you’re looking to improve your everyday wellbeing, dealing with a health concern, or need support recovering from an illness or injury, the Vivo program can provide you with the expert care and support you need.

What is Vivo?

Vivo is a health, wellness and recovery program provided by Acenda that is available to Vision Super members at no extra cost. A member and immediate family* has unlimited access to the Vivo Virtual Care range of services to support your physical and mental wellbeing.

Additional support through Vivo’s full range of services is available to insured members who need help recovering from illness or injury – before, during or after a claim.

*Family = partner, children, parents and partner’s parents.

Vivo virtual care

Vivo Virtual Care provides expert, confidential care that members and their immediate family can access anytime and as often as you like.

Expert medical Opinion

Provides an in-depth review of physical conditions from leading medical experts, helping you to be sure you’re on the right treatment plan, or help you understand more about your condition and options.

Mental health navigator

Offers an expert assessment of your mental health by a psychologist or psychiatrist and a tailored treatment plan. The psychologist can support you and your GP to put your treatment plan into action.

Fitness consult

Allows you to work one-on-one with an exercise physiologist to get a tailored fitness plan.

Nutrition consult

Allows you to work one-on-one with a dietitian to get a tailored nutrition plan.

Grief Support

Helps those caring for loved ones in their last stages of life or through the grief and loss that accompanies it, with online resources and one-on-one calls.

Vivo's full range of services

Insured Vision Super members also have access to Vivo’s full range of services, designed to help when injury or illness impacts your life and ability to work. These services can help if:

  • illness or injury means you are struggling to stay at work

  • you’ve made a claim for an illness or injury and need support with your recovery

  • you’ve finished your claim and need additional support readjusting to life and work
