Retirement health check

Are you wondering if you are on track for retirement? A retirement health check allows you to speak with a Vision Super financial planner and receive a detailed projection to help you determine your retirement readiness.

A retirement health check can consider:

  • Your Vision Super superannuation account

  • You partner’s (if applicable) superannuation accounts

  • Non-super investments (such as property and shares)

  • Centrelink

This is available once a year at no extra cost [2]

Cost: Vision Super only advice ranges from No cost to $295-$590 [3]

More comprehensive financial advice

Do you want to make all your finances work together? More comprehensive advice looks at your broader financial situation, even non-Vision Super matters, resulting in a financial plan that works for you.

Examples of comprehensive advice:

  • Full retirement planning for you and your partner (if applicable)

  • Defined benefit closure

  • Estate tax minimisation

  • Centrelink maximisation

  • Non-Super Investing (e.g. Managed funds)

  • Aged care

Cost: Advice fees for more comprehensive advice are a one-off cost starting from $2090 [4]

[1] Available to Vision Super members only. One retirement health check can be performed per financial year. If more than one is received in the financial year, then there is a charge of $295 per instance.

[2] Provided the advice is limited to your membership in Vision Super and no more than one Statement of Advice is provided in a financial year. Multiple Statements of Advice in a financial year will usually incur advice fees. Some advice areas such as setting up a transition to retirement or pension account incur an individual cost of $295. The financial planner will disclose applicable fees to you before providing any advice.

[3] Vision Super Financial Planners are employees of the Trustee (or a related entity) that are authorised to provide financial advice as representatives of Industry Fund Services Limited (IFSL) ABN 54 007 016 195 AFSL 232 514. Any financial advice provided by a Vision Super Financial Planner is issued on behalf of IFSL, not their employer. Vision Super Financial Planners can provide financial advice including personal advice about Vision Super that takes into account your personal circumstances. Before making a decision in relation to any of our products, you should read the applicable Product Disclosure Statement and Target Market Determination (TMD).
