A super simple way to be in control

There are numerous benefits to registering with Vision Super. We offer dedicated support and access to information and advice, so you’ll always feel in control of your super contributions.

Here are some of the ways we can work together:

  1. You’ll have a dedicated and secure employer website, that will give you all the tools you need to streamline your administrative processes and reduce paperwork.
  2. We’ve got a great team of Client Partner Managers to help with any questions, big or small, any time.
  3. We’ve set up flexible options for payments and transfers, so that you can set up your processes to suit your business.
  4. We like to stay in touch with all our employer partners, through regular newsletters and updates, making sure that together we’re on top of developments in superannuation policy, law and process.

Before you register

There are terms and conditions associated with registration as a participating employer, and it’s always a good idea to read them before signing up.  So, before registering consider the information about super product for employees joined to Vision super by their employer by downloading and reading our Super Saver Product Disclosure Statement. Other terms and conditions are set out in the registration form. Once you’ve read and understand the Product Disclosure Statement, you can complete an online Employer application form by clicking the button below or print, complete and send us a physical form if you prefer

Frequently asked questions

Accumulation members

For Employers using SAFF, the address details changes will automatically flow through to Vision Super via their file.

DB Members and ad-hoc address updates for Accumulation members

Employers can update an address for a member anytime via the Employer Online portal. Go to Member Maintenance > Search for and select the member > Click Edit and the follow the prompts.

Accumulation members

For Employers using SAFF, the Termination details will automatically flow through to Vision Super via their file.

DB Members and ad-hoc Terminations for Accumulation members

Employers can process a Termination for a member anytime either by submitting Form 19 which you can find on the website under resources or via the Employer Online portal. Just following the path Member Maintenance > Search for and select the member > Click Terminate and the follow the prompts.

We do not currently charge a fee to use our Clearinghouse solution, but per the Clearinghouse agreement we do reserve the right to change this at any time.
