Here’s what to do if you’re having trouble using the file upload form.
You can only upload the following file types:
If you’re a Windows user, you can check the format of your file by right clicking on your file and selecting ‘Properties’. If you’re an Apple user, hold down the control button, click on the file and select ‘Get Info’.
You might need to save your file in a different format, either using the ‘Save As’ or ‘Save a Copy’ function. If you cannot change the file type, copy and paste the information into a Word document and save as a PDF.
If your file is more than 30MB, you will need to reduce the size. You can check the size of your file by following the same steps outlined above to identify your file type.
If your file is a PDF, you can use the Adobe PDF compressor, a free online tool, to reduce the size of your file.
You can also use your mobile phone to take a photo of your document and crop out any empty space around the image. Save the image to your files or email a copy to yourself, selecting the smallest size when prompted.
Make sure you are not trying to upload the same file or a file with the same name. Rename the file and try again.
